Simon Gallagher

Simon Gallagher is a media rights and corporate strategy executive with 20-years’ experience working for leading global entertainment brands. Based in Los Angeles, Gallagher has previously worked as Director of Content Acquisition at Netflix, Director of Strategy and Business Development for Hulu, and as a Vice President at IMG. As Principal Consultant for private consulting firm SPG Global, Simon has provided media strategy and investment advice to more than 100 clients across 18 countries. Throughout his career, Simon has negotiated content deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

David Butorac

David Butorac

Over his 35-year career, Dubai-based Butorac has worked in senior management and executive roles for some of the world’s leading media companies. His experience includes stints as CEO of multi-channel pay TV platform OSN (the MENA region’s premier pay TV platform), Managing Director of WIN Corporation, President (Platforms) of the Star TV Network, Group Chief Operating Officer at Malaysia’s Astro, and Head of Operations for Sky UK. Butorac was named Media and Marketing Business Leader of the Year at the 2012 and 2015 Gulf Business Industry Awards and TMT Finance CEO of the Year (MENA) in 2015.

David Pann is the General Manager responsible for Microsoft’s Global Search Advertising Network. David has his team develop the Bing Network strategy, all forms of marketing and network monetization. David is also responsible for the data sciences and insight management teams that support the product and sales organisations. David’s team establishes and manages the Bing Ads technology partnerships and manages the business product and financial planning.

Camilla Dahlin-Andersson (Ph.D)

A former Swedish parliamentarian, Camilla Dahlin-Andersson is the Co-Founder and Chairperson of award-winning social impact news platform, Newstag. The company allows users to create personalized news channels through tag-streams, while making a real change. Newstag aggregates content for more than 20 broadcasters and agencies around the world, including leading news producers such as AP, AFP, CNN and Bloomberg. Newstag is a world leader in the use of data and digital media technology to tailor content experiences for users in more than 150 countries. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Dahlin-Andersson has severed on several boards for large institutions and holds a technology doctorate in Innovation and Design.
