Linius is a global SaaS company that has invented and patented the Video Virtualization Engine™ (VVE), which indexes, analyzes and tags each frame in a conventional video file and transforms it into a fully searchable Virtualized Video.

Linius’ technology exposes the data that makes up the video file, making cumbersome video as flexible as all other forms of data.

Linius’ VVE powered hyper-personalization and search solution enables anyone to instantly search the data within video, from across an infinite number of sources, and automatically assemble the results in a single stream on-the-fly. Linius chose AWS to build our core SaaS platform, Linius Video Services (LVS) on.

  • Amazon API Gateway to protect our clients’ internal application programming interfaces (APIs) from public access
  • AWS Step Functions to create data presentation workflows
  • AWS Lambda serverless triggers to retrieve and populate data, as well as for API authentication
  • AWS Cognito to handle our authentication and provide end users with a simple and secure user sign-up, sign-in, and access control
